what do we think about food?

For us, it is crucial to have someone in the kitchen who, in addition to the ordinary, knows how to cook and create taste experiences but also knows how to take into account the land we live on. We create places where people enjoy, and in our world, one cannot enjoy without food.

In summer, our menu is simpler than in autumn and winter and is served in three courses instead of five; therefore, the price is also different. Summer food is heartier, and we focus more on the ingredients while retaining the rich flavors that we ourselves appreciate.

The summer menu is different from the winter menu, it is our own wish but also yours when we have listened to what you want. It usually comes in three servings without it being set in stone, it is heartier, and the price of the summer menu is more reasonable than the winter menu. The menu is always the chef's choice where the focus is for you to be full but also maybe a little surprised. The ingredients are in focus as usual. Of course, we take into account any allergies or other preferences.
