Experience a non-traditional brunch in our own way. Every Saturday throughout the summer, we serve Bubbles & Brunch at the castle and in our garden if the weather permits. The brunch includes hot and cold small dishes with a glass of champagne included (non-alcoholic option available)

Summer Dinner
The summer menu is different from the winter menu, it is our own wish but also yours when we have listened to what you want. It usually comes in three servings without it being set in stone, it is heartier, and the price of the summer menu is more reasonable than the winter menu. The menu is always the chef's choice where the focus is for you to get full but also maybe a little surprised. The ingredients are in focus as usual. We will, of course, take into account any allergies or other preferences.
